A new type of antacid magaldrate was synthesized.
制备了新型抗酸药镁加铝 ,运用正交设计法优化了合成工艺 ,对镁加铝美国药典参比标准品和合成的镁加铝进行了红外光谱分析、差热分析、热重分析及X—射线衍射分析 ,确证了合成品结构 ;对合成的镁加铝进行了稳定性考察 ,结果表明本品在高温、高湿条件下 ,各项化学指标未发生明显变
