The Tort Liability Act of People\'s Republic of China should follow the style of The General Principle of Civil Law which admits cessation of infringements,removal of obstacles,elimination of dangers and return of property as the methods to bear tort liability besides compensation for damages.
正在起草的中华人民共和国侵权责任法应坚持《民法通则》开创的立法体例,在损害赔偿之外,将停止侵害、排除妨碍、消除危险以及返还财产规定为侵权责任承担方式,并依据侵权责任承担方式的不同,分别设置相应的侵权责任构成要件。
