本文根据柴油机气缸盖的噪声与振动特性,论述了在缸盖上用声、振信号诊断喷、供油系统和配气机构故障的可行性;利用缸盖上的声强信号对290QN型柴油机的喷,供油系统和配气机构的几种典型故障进行了诊断,提出了相应的判别准则。
In this paper,the research progress of conical spray and internal flow of conical spray injector was analyzed,and the model of multiphase flow with cavitation was established and testified with three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics(CFD) program.
