In this model,the equivalent thermal capacity method was used to deal with the influence of latent heat on the temperature field and the transformation stress resulted from phase transformation was taken into account using the equivalent linear expansion coefficient method.
模拟计算中,采用等效热容法处理相变潜热对淬火温度场的影响,采用等效线胀系数法处理相变引起的组织应力,同时考虑了材料热物性参数和力学性能参数的温度相关性。
