对余热锅炉高压蒸发器下联箱端盖的爆破原因进行分析,结果表明,由于工艺控制不当,出现过热和过烧组织,造成材料强度、塑性和韧性急剧下降,脆性显著增大,导致锅炉高压蒸发器下联箱手孔球形端盖脆性爆破。
