In order to strengthen the management of medicine-chest in wards, and guarantee that the medicine can be used and maintained correctly, the management of some ward medicine-chests in a hospital were investigated.
为了进一步加强医院病区小药柜药品管理,确保病区小药柜药品能够正确使用、保管,特对某医院病区小药柜药品管理情况进行了调查,发现病区小药柜存在药品的有效期管理不落实、精神药品的管理不规范、未按要求贮存保养药品、注射剂批号及包装混杂、药品储存过量和积压等问题。
