In this paper,the stable aqueous polyurethane was prepared based on anionic self-emulsified process by incorporating dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA) into the prepolymer backbone.
采用阴离子自乳化法引入亲水基团二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)合成了稳定的聚氨酯水分散液,探索了DMPA用量、NCO/OH比值对聚氨酯水分散体系乳液性能和胶膜的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、耐水性的影响,并确定了较佳的配方。
