The article based on double trapezoidal algorithm puts forward double trapezoidal recursive algorithm for two-dimensional numerical integration.

According to the theory of mathematical morphological and characteristics of wood image,proper structuring elements were selected to obtain mathematical morphological double-gradient algorithm via corrosion,expansion,and weighted array of opening operation and closing operation,which were then applied to edge detection of rotten wood image.
