An accurate RP-HPLC method for the determination of eight saponins (J1-J8) in Platycodon grandiflorum with three different detectors (HPLC-ELSD, HPLC-DAD and HPLC-NQAD) has been developed.
本文以分离得到的八种主要单体皂苷化合物(J1-J8)为对照品,采用HPLC-ELSD,HPLC-DAD及HPLC-NQAD(水凝结激光计数检测器)手段,建立了反相高效液相色谱测定桔梗中八种单体皂苷含量的定量分析方法,从而为桔梗药材质量标准的建立奠定基础,同时为桔梗良种的选育提供了评价方法。
This paper analyzes the reason for ice-block formation in water vapor condenser used in vacuum freezing dryer system,proposes a good method by the installation of an air current diffuser and compares the water capturing ability of the modified condenser with the original one.
