the CO_2 gas circulation washing device was added between the de-carbon regenerator in ammonia synthesis loop and the separator at the first stage inlet of CO_2 compressor of urea plant,after reformation the pressure difference of de-hydrogen reactor was maintained always at 60~65 kPa within five months,6 months.
分析了脱氢反应器压差不稳和压缩机功耗上升的原因;采取了在合成氨脱碳再生塔和尿素装置CO2压缩机一段入口分离器之间增设CO2气体循环洗涤装置的技改措施,改造后,脱氢反应器的压差在5个月内始终维持在60~65 kPa,6个月后,压差也仅为85 kPa;提出了改进后尚待解决的遗留问题。
