3D finite element model of steel tube and internal-external die is created to simulate the whole process of tube plug drawing mill dynamically based on explicit dynamic module of ANSYS.
借助ANSYS软件显式动力模块建立了钢管与内外模具的三维有限元模型,动态模拟了短芯棒拔制的整个过程,研究了模锥角、摩擦系数、壁厚等工艺参数对拔制力的影响,并根据得到的应力分布规律分析了生产中拔断等实际问题的机理。
Aiming at different factors that affected wall thickness variation of the non-mandrel drawing steel pipe,through comparison testing,educed theory formula of wall thickness variation,and found out quantificationally mutative rules of the wall thickness for the different conditions in non-mandrel drawing process.
