Objective: (1)To investigate the effects of Y maze learning and motor-driven wheel running on neural stem cell/precursor proliferation in the hippocampal dentate gyrus of adult rats.
目的:(1)观察Y迷宫训练、踏转轮运动对成年大鼠海马齿状回(dentate gyrus,DG)神经干细胞/前体细胞的增殖作用;(2)观察踏转轮运动增殖的细胞分化性质及其对空间学习记忆能力的影响。
