After modification,the problems of pH control stability and equipment corrosion were solved and the system has been operated stably,but the insufficient dilution steam generation and overhigh MP steam make-up brought a negative impact on further reducing the energy consumption of ethylene plant.
通过改造,虽解决了pH值稳定控制及设备腐蚀问题,目前系统总体运行稳定,但稀释蒸汽发生量不足、中压蒸汽补入量大,影响装置进一步降低能耗。
