The paper,starting from the perspectives of Japanese and Korean tourists in Hangzhou,extracts six image factors and analyzes the direct and indirect impact of tourism image factors on tourists satisfaction,revisit and recommendation by applying structural equity model.
本文则是以旅游形象因子作为研究对象,提取出旅游形象的6个因子,从来杭的日本及韩国游客视角出发,运用结构方程模型分析了旅游形象各因子对游客满意度、回游度及推荐度的直接和间接影响,研究结果发现,并非所有旅游形象因子与游客满意度、推荐度之间存在显著的相关,旅游形象因子与回游度之间无显著的相关,而满意度与回游度、推荐度之间存在显著的正相关。
