Under the condition of the plate culture,the effects of Cd,Pb and their combined pollution on the growth of hyphae of Morchella esculenta were studied on potato dextrose agar(PDA) culture media,and the bioaccumulation method of hyphae on Cd and Pb in the solid-state media was set up.
