The tests show that with an insulating panel heat emission from water cooled closed chamber will slightly decrease, the difference of heat emission being not more than 2%; and that the radiator test results of water cooled closed chamber are lower than that of air cooled closed chamber, the maximum difference of heat emission is 3%.
