The aim of the experiment was to discuss the possibility of using convenient nylon filter bag technique as a substitute for traditional sintered glass filtering crucible technique to determine NDF and ADF contents of roughage.
为探索在粗饲料NDF和ADF测定中采用简便的尼龙滤袋法取代传统的坩埚式玻璃过滤器法,用自制200目和400目尼龙滤袋、G1和G2坩埚式玻璃过滤器等4种滤器测定小麦秸秆和苜蓿干草中的NDF和ADF含量,比较不同滤器测定值的差异、过滤时间长短及重复性等。
