Coupled ketones in yield of 43%~78% were synthesized by α-alkylation of ketones with primary alcohols using Pd/C as a catalyst and cyclohexene as a hydrogen acceptor in dioxane.
以环己烯为活性氢接受体,1,4-二氧六环为溶剂,在Pd/C催化下酮可以有效地与伯醇进行α-烷基化反应生成偶联酮,产率43%~78%,其结构经1H NMR,IR和MS表征。
