By using dipping enameling on a low carbon steel,effects of firing temperatures and time on structure and properties were studied,the hardness of the enamel coating was measured,and the relationship between hardness and firing temperature and time and the effect of crystal nucleus addition were also investigated.
采用浸搪法制备搪瓷基板,研究了不同烧结温度和时间对钢铁基板搪瓷制备工艺、组织和性能的影响,测定了搪瓷层的硬度,并分析了搪瓷层硬度与烧结温度和时间的关系,以及晶核添加剂对搪瓷层硬度的影响。
By using dipping enameling on a low carbon steel, the effects of firing temperatures and time on microstructure and properties of a enamel coating were studied, and the decarburized layer thickness of the base metal and the hardness of the enamel coating were measured.
