Methods: Decellular porcine aortic heart valve leaflets, were precoated with fibronectin(Fn),carboxy-terminal cell-binding domain of fibronectin(FnCTD_(64)),bovine serum albumin(BSA) for 12 h separately; the leaflets in control group were not precoated.
