Correlation models of Fourier transform near-infrared(FT-NIR) spectrum and four chemical components of Ash,Nicotine,Petroleum ether extracts(PEE),Petroleum ether extracts neutral(PEEN) of representative tobacco samples from 2003-2005 and 2005 were established by using FT-NIR spectrograph.
应用傅立叶变换近红外光谱仪,分别对具代表性的2003~2005年的烤烟样品和2005年烤烟样品建立了近红外光谱与灰分、尼古丁、石油醚提取物、石油醚提取物中性成分4种成分含量间的关系模型,经57个代表性样品预测精度的分析,F检验结果显示:灰分为1。
