This study applies the Reproductive Health Scale for Service Clients(GBRHS-SC) and the Reproductive Health Scale for Service Providers(GBRHS-SP) in assessment of gender behavior of service clients and service providers at county-level family planning and reproductive health facilities in order to promote gender equity in health.
