Aiming at the problem existed in main hook control system of tong crane,the predictive control arithmetic and model was introduced.
针对钳式吊主钩控制系统存在的问题,介绍了预估控制算法及模型,即在抱闸打开之前控制器先输出一个力矩,避免抱闸打开后由于重力引起突然下坠对机械冲击,在实验取得满意的控制效果后将其应用于钳式吊主钩系统,解决了因冲击引起的机械连接部件经常断裂的问题,降低了机械损耗及故障率,实现了柔性换向,取得了良好的控制效果。
