By using of water table reduction technology at basic well points at construction site water table is reduced,specific difficult is solved in deep foundation ekcavation in coastal areas,In this article, construction and de-sign of basic well water table reduction technology are briefly introduced combining with geological properties hydrogeological conditions in coastal areas.
